At Reel Bangla, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for our guests. Please read the policy carefully before making a booking.

 

1. Cancellation Policy

a) 100% Refund Eligibility

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund if:

• The booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time, and

• A valid reason is provided and accepted

Valid reasons may include (but are not limited to):

• Medical emergency (with supporting documents if requested)

• Government travel restrictions or emergencies

• Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions

• Unavoidable personal emergencies

Approval of a valid reason will be at the discretion of Reel Bangla or the property partner.

b) Cancellation Within 48 Hours

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific property or offer.

c) No-Show Policy

• If a guest fails to check in without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refund processing time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway

• Reel Bangla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers

• ​

3. Partial Stay & Early Check-Out

• No refunds will be provided for unused nights if the guest checks out early after check-in.

• ​

4. Modification of Booking

• Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability

• Any fare difference due to modification must be paid by the guest

• Modified bookings may be subject to revised cancellation terms

5. Cancellation by Reel Bangla or Property Partner

In rare cases where a booking is cancelled by Reel Bangla or the property partner due to unavoidable circumstances, guests will receive:

• A full refund, or

• An alternative stay of similar value, subject to availability

6. Special Offers & Promotions

Bookings made under special discounts, promotional deals, or non-refundable offers may have separate cancellation rules, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

7. Policy Changes

Reel Bangla reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised date.
