TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reel Bangla

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of Reel Bangla (“Studio”), including bookings made through www.reelbangla.com. By booking or using the Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

A. NATURE OF SERVICE & PERMITTED USE

Reel Bangla provides bookable rooms within a residential property for creative and professional use, including but not limited to photography, videography, filming, podcasting, rehearsals, workshops, and other content creation activities.

The Studio may be used only for lawful purposes.

Creation of illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit adult content, or any content prohibited under Indian law is strictly forbidden, including activities restricted under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All users must comply with applicable Indian laws, municipal regulations, housing society rules, and local authority requirements.

 

B. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & PRICING

All bookings must be made through the official Reel Bangla website or authorised booking channels.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial advance payment.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Booking time includes setup and teardown.

Overtime beyond the booked slot may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Reel Bangla reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit for certain bookings.

 

C. PHOTOSHOOTS, FILMING & CONTENT CREATION

The intended nature of the shoot (personal or commercial) must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Users must bring their own equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No drilling, nailing, painting, adhesives, or permanent alterations to walls, sets, or fixtures are permitted.

Custom décor, props, or set modifications require prior written approval from Studio management.

Staff assistance, if provided, is limited to basic setup support and does not include creative responsibility.

 

D. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking time are eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.

Reel Bangla reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, emergencies, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Refunds will be processed where applicable.

Refunds, where approved, are generally processed within 45 business days.

 

E. STUDIO ACCESS, CONDUCT & CARE

Entry is permitted only during confirmed booking hours.

Check-in and check-out must be coordinated with Studio staff or management.

Only registered guests are permitted. Additional visitors require prior approval.

Smoking, alcohol, narcotics, hazardous substances, gambling, trafficking, sex work, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Loud noise, public nuisance, or disturbance to neighbours or the housing society is not permitted.

Food and beverages may be consumed only in designated areas.

The Studio must be left in its original condition, including basic cleaning and resetting of furniture.

 

F. DAMAGE, EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY

Studio equipment, furnishings, lighting, tripods, props, and décor must be used responsibly.

Any damage, loss, or malfunction must be reported immediately.

The client is responsible for all damage caused by themselves or their team and will be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Personal equipment may be brought in provided it does not overload electrical systems or cause property damage.

Loss of keys, access cards, or remotes will attract replacement charges.

 

G. SAFETY, CCTV & PRIVACY

CCTV cameras operate in common areas for safety and security purposes only. Private areas such as changing rooms are not monitored.

Emergency exits, fire safety equipment, and evacuation procedures must be followed at all times.

Government-issued photo ID may be required prior to check-in for all guests.

Personal data collected during booking is used solely for operational, legal, and security purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

H. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients retain full ownership of all content created at the Studio.

Reel Bangla does not claim ownership over client content.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with copyright, privacy, publicity, and defamation laws.

Reel Bangla may request permission to repost client content for promotional purposes; such consent is entirely optional.

 

I. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Reel Bangla is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Clients are responsible for their own equipment, crew, and conduct.

Reel Bangla is not liable for data loss, technical failure, or equipment malfunction during a session.

Clients conducting commercial shoots are encouraged to obtain appropriate liability and production insurance.

 

J. RIGHT TO REFUSE, TERMINATE & EVICTION

Reel Bangla reserves the right to refuse service or immediately terminate a booking without refund if these Terms are violated.

Any activity resulting in police involvement, legal complaints, or violation of society rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible legal action.

 

K. FORCE MAJEURE

Reel Bangla shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, government orders, pandemics, or civil disturbances.

 

L. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution of disputes.

Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
